1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GraspZ.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GraspZ.ai is an online learning platform that allows educators, institutions, and individuals ("Educators") to build curricula, courses, and learning paths, deliver lessons and assessments, and track learner progress, and allows learners to study, practice, take assessments, and earn certificates. The Service includes features such as curriculum and lesson management, AI-assisted content and tutoring, practice tools, exams and results analytics, gamification, certification, and payment processing.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GraspZ.ai and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Content you create (exam questions, materials) remains your intellectual property; however, you grant GraspZ.ai a limited licence to host and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By providing payment information, you agree to pay all fees associated with the chosen plan. All fees are:

  • Non-refundable except as stated in our Return Policy.
  • Subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Processed securely through Razorpay. GraspZ.ai does not store card details.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and access to paid features.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features for generating exam questions and summaries. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any AI-generated content before use.
  • GraspZ.ai is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GraspZ.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraspZ.ai and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if GraspZ.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where GraspZ.ai is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
